For Organizations

Align strategy, leadership and culture — so change lasts.

Take the whole journey, or only the stage you need. Your management team debates, decides and owns the result.

The approach

The Transformation Alignment Model

When strategy, leadership and culture align, transformation succeeds. Four stages, in this order.

01

Leadership Alignment

Team effectiveness and behavior. The right leaders aligned first.

02

Vision

Purpose, values and mission your people actually believe.

03

Research & Analysis

SWOT, market research and financial modeling.

04

Strategy

Strategy map, initiatives, tactics and KPIs management can execute.

How it works

Take the whole model, or only the part you need

A small number of working sessions is set up with the management team. The consultant acts as facilitator, introducing ideas and challenging the team's thinking, while management stays in charge of building the strategy and making sure it can be executed.

Vision

Purpose, values and mission, defined together with the management team.

Culture

Awareness of the culture the business actually has, and help in setting the values that support the change it needs.

Strategy

Defining the strategy with its initiatives, tactics and KPIs. Every business needs a strategy and initiatives to keep moving.

A different kind of consulting

The answer is facilitated, not handed down.

The conventional approach

  • An outside team analyzes the business in isolation.
  • A report is delivered with findings and recommendations.
  • The client is left to implement conclusions they didn't build.

The approach

  • Brings the research, background and frameworks to the table.
  • Facilitates working sessions directly with management — not around them.
  • Brings strong opinions and ideas — for management to scrutinize, accept or reject.
  • Together, consultant and management debate until the team has built a plan of its own.

Nothing goes forward that isn't understood, approved and executable by management.
